[Draft] Preliminary environmental and social impact assessment: Project investment on agro-industrial plantation (rubber)

Tan Bien Kampong Thom Aphivath Caoutchouc co., ltd issued an environmental and social impact assessment in purpose of assuring sustainability of rubber plantation. The aims of this report include assessment of plant and animal ecology, assessment of social and economic condition of local community, identification of negative social and environmental impact emerged from the plantation and the determination of measures for mitigating those impacts.

This budget is for: (1) infrastructure construction, (2) buffer zone management, (3) contribution fund for development of community and environmental restoration, and (4) investigation and assessment implementation.
