Sub-decree no. 370 on the enforcement of the list of prohibited and restricted goods

For commodities listed in the annexes of this sub-decree and intended for multi-sectoral purposes, an export-import permit is mandatory from one of the ministries or institutions specified in the annex. Alternatively, the permit may be issued by another competent ministry based on the intended use or business objective.
