This sub-decree reclassifies of land 29 hectares, 18 Are, 58 centi-Are, located in Thmei village, Sangkat Prey Thum, Kep City, Kep Province, from state public land to state private land through the coordinate system Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984, as shown in the map. Shows the location and schedule of annexes attached to this sub-decree and provides ownership to the landowners who have contributed to the development of high-level public recreation beaches.
