According to high recommendation of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to maintain the balance of workers/employees livings and guarantee the business stability for factories that have a decline on production lines in this context of global economic crisis, the Ministry would like to instruct the owner or director of factory that shall make discussion with workers' representatives to determine the taking turns in working during the suspension employment contract in any of time, that based on equity principle.
