Water productivity assessment: Mekong river basin approach

A draft working paper suggesting methodology for assessing water productivity in the Mekong river basin. The paper reviews literature on water productivity, hydrology and scenario modeling and presents the methodology to be used in assessing water productivity. The paper concludes by taking the Mekong river basin assessment as an example through which to address issues and trade-offs that arise.
