A synthesis report following studies assessing the current water governance frameworks of Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam, encompassing their policies, legal and regulatory frameworks, and institutional and decision-making aspects. The report presents the key findings from the three studies and describes some of the issues, differences and commonalities. The studies were used to assist national working groups, by identifying key water governance issues for each country, providing recommendations to inform dialogues and highlighting the scope for improvements. Available in English, Khmer and Lao versions.
