Cambodian elections: Lessons learned and future directions

The report is a result of a two-day post-election conference in February 2004, aiming to bring together Cambodian election stakeholders, irrespective of their party affiliations, to review and assess the past elections and to come forward with thought-provoking recommendations to remedy prevailing problems. These recommendations will serve as a starting point for researchers and others interested in embarking upon a program of electoral reform in Cambodia.
