Cambodia, Democracy and Human Right: To Tell The Truth

The Royal Government of Cambodia has issued a paper entitled "To Tell The Truth" with the aim of clarifying and setting the records straight on various controversial issues which covers about the legacy of a recent past, amended law on political party, land issues, judiciary as political tools, freedom of expression in Cambodia, the NGO law, the opposition, and the evaluation of Cambodia's human rights and democracy.
