This briefing paper offers an analysis of the increasing threats to human rights defenders in Cambodia between January and October 2006. The paper is based on investigations and other information complied by the Cambodian League for the Promotion and Defense of Human Rights (LICADHO) with the additional support of the United Nations Cambodia Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNCOHCHR) and a wide range of Cambodia human rights and community-based organisations.
