The Prakas is to establish "Prey Thmor Koul" Community Protected Area of Kulen Promtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Okak village, Pou commune, Tbaeng Mean Chey district, Preah Vihear Province, with a total area of 783 hectares. The aim of this establishment is to improve sustainable usage and management of natural resources and contribute to the livelihood improvement of the local communities according to the policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia
