This sub-decree aims to transfer the duties and credits of the inter-ministerial commission to coordinate the design and implementation of development projects along the western and northern borders of the Kingdom of Cambodia under the jurisdiction of the national social land concession committee in accordance with the sub-decree. No. 19, dated March 19, 2003, on social land concessions
