This sub-decree aims to cut 543 hectares and 95 acres of state public land, former economic land concessions of Ouk Khun Industrial Crops Development Company and reclassify 506 hectares and 24 acres as state private land to provide to 211 families and keep 37 hectares and 71 acres as state public land as well as grant ownership rights on plots of land in Komar Pet Village, O Commune, Phnom Sruoch District, Kampong Speu Province according to coordinate system Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984 and attached coordination in the appendix of this sub-decree.
