The establishment of Phnom Neang Kang Rey- Phnom Teuk Meas multiple use area with the area of 5,063 hectares in Trangel commune, Pou commune, Chranouk commune, Dar commune, Svay Rumpear, Kampong Leaeng district, Kampong Chhnang province for environmental protection, ecosystem conservation and sustainable use of natural resources. The area excludes the private land and land served in public benefits.
