Sub-decree No. 198 on management of the capacity building research and development program in the telecommunications and information and communications technology sectors

The purpose of this sub-decree is to manage and implement the capacity building research and development (CBRD) program in the telecommunications and information and communications technology (ICT) sectors in a transparent, neutral and non-discriminatory manner.
