Sub-decree no.159 on the modification of Choeung Ek lake and canals in Mean Chey and Dangkor districts, Phnom Penh capital city and Takmao district, Kandal province

The sub-decree is about the modification of Choeung Ek lake land areas, where the land areas of 1,904,211 (one million nine hundred four thousand two hundred eleven) square meters located in Choeung Ek and Dangkor commune, Dangkor district and in Chak Angre Krom commune, Meanchey district and the canals in Meanchey, Dangkor and Takmao district, were cut and reclassified from the state public property to the private state land and grant it to tycoon Leang Khun and tycoon Thay Chea Huoth to own as private land.
