Sub-decree No. 146 on the land reclassification of 945.4883 hectares from the forest cover in 2002 for the reclassification as state private land and grant ownership to 65 families (equal to 115 land parcels) and 31 land parcels without the state land registration located in Tonlong commune, Memot district, Tbong Khmum province, including the coordinate system Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984, as shown in the detailed map and the coordinates in the appendix of this sub-decree.
