This sub-decree shows the cutting the land of 28810 hectares from YOU RYSACO COMPANY forest concession and forest cover in 2002 in Phteah Rung commune Ta Lou Senchey district and Samraong commune Phnum Kravanh district Pursat province to reclassify it as state private land and provide to Pursat Military Operation Area to the Army of the Ministry of National Defense for the construction of a training ground and live ammunition by the coordinate system. UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984, as well as maps and tables attached to this sub-decree.
