Sub-decree no. 117 on reclassification

This sub-decree has been reclassified from state public property to state private property, covering an area of 9,920.6364 (nine thousand nine hundred and twenty point sixty-three sixty-four) hectares, located in Srae Sambour commune, Siem Pang district, and Ou Svay commune, Borei Ou Svay Senchey district, Stung Treng province, for development as an economic land concession project for Cambodian Tai Chang Co., Ltd., as per the state land location plan and the regulations for state land registration, recognized by the Chairman of the Provincial State Land Management Committee, dated March 18, 2024.
