Sub-decree no 113 on cutting 619.70 hectares of land in Prasat Bakong district, Siem Reap province from the land with an expropriation order marked by benchmark no 085 and from 2002 land cover for reclassifying as state private entity in order to grant ownership to disabled soldiers, peasants and to reserve for physical infrastructure development.

The lands of 619.70 hectares were cut from the land with an expropriation order marked by benchmark no 085 in Siem Reap province and from 2002 land cover for reclassifying as state private entity, located in Sna Dechou village, Balang commune, Prasat Bakong district, Siem Reap province. Also, 503.30 hectares of these lands were granted ownership to disabled soldiers and peasants who actually occupy the land, and 116.40 hectares were reserved for physical infrastructure development.
