Prokas no. 252 on the implementation of general principles of food hygiene in factories, enterprises and handicrafts

The main purpose of this Prakas is to implement effective hygiene programs within the production chain. This is intended to improve the quality of food products, thereby ensuring safety for consumers and protecting public welfare. Additionally, the Prakas aims to enable domestic products to compete with imported products and to be exported and specifically addresses the process of issuing hygiene certificates for food production.
