National intellectual property policy 2023-2028
The national intellectual property policy has three main objectives: first, to develop laws and regulations related to intellectual property in line with international standards, and second, to strengthen the implementation of intellectual property laws in response to economic and social needs and development. Second, strengthen and enhance the capacity of officials and units to implement the intellectual property system to support economic and social development; and third, disseminate and promote public knowledge on the use of intellectual property in the development of small and medium enterprises to promote the sectors such as economics, commerce, science, and technology.
