The Law No. 31/2013/QH13 dated June 19, 2013 of the National Assembly on amending and supplementing some Articles of the Law on Valued Added Tax

This law outlines amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax. It is Pursuant to the Constitution of Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992, amended and supplemented in accordance with some Articles in the Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10; The National Assembly promulgates the Law on amending and supplementing some Articles of the Law on Valued Added Tax No. 13/2008/QH12.
