Act Promulgating The Land Code B.E. 2497 (1954)

A person who has been in possession and made use of land prior to the date the Land Code comes into force without a land ownership document shall give notice of his possession of the land to the District Officer of the locality within 180 days as from the date this Act comes into force in accordance with the rules and procedure prescribed by the Minister and published in the Government Gazette.
