Inter-ministerial Prakas no. 537 on fines under the Jurisdiction of the ministry of tourism

This inter-ministerial Prakas shows that the fines under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Tourism are prepared as a list of fines with a detailed list of the types of offenses and the level of fines for each type of offense as stated in Annex 1. And Annex 2 of this Inter-Ministerial Prakas. Annex 1: List of fines under the jurisdiction of the Central Administration of the Ministry of Tourism and Appendix 2: List of fines that the Ministry of Tourism delegates functions to the Capital and Provincial Administration.
