Export and Import Law (The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No.17/2012)

The objectives of this Law are as follows: (a) to enable to implement the economic principles of the State successfully; (b) to enable to lay down the policies relating to export and import that support the development of the State: (c) to cause the policies relating to export and import of the State and activities are to be in conformity with the international trade standards: (d) to cause to be streamlined and speedy in carrying out the matters relating to export and import.
