Report on the results of monitoring the implementation of policies and legislation on land management and use in state-run agricultural and forestry farms in the period of 2004 - 2014.

At the 10th session (term XIII), the Standing Committee reported to the National Assembly on monitoring results "The implementation of policies and laws on management and use of land in state -own agricultural and forestry farms for the period 2004 - 2014 ". The report consists of 3 parts (1) the formation, development and implementation of policies and legislation on land management and use in state – own agriculture and forestry farms in the period prior to 2004 (2) present policies and legislation on land management and use in state-owned agricultural and forestry farms for the period 2004 - 2014 and (3) general assessment and recommendations
