ជំហាននៃដំណើរ Raster layers of surface water changes were obtained from the European Commission's [Global Surface Water Explorer](https://global-surface-water.appspot.com/). Permanent, seasonal, new permanent, and new seasonal water surfaces were identified from raster layer and then converted to reservoir polygons when there is sufficient indication that a dam exists at the location.
