This IEE is prepared for the international hotel project of Hoya International Resort Co., Ltd. and the project is location is No.218, Yangon-Insein Road, Hlaing Township, Yangon. The project area is 1.78 acres and the 24-storey building will be constructed in the area. The company submits the proposal to Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) on 15 March 2019 and as per the comments of MIC, this IEE is prepared. The construction period is from 2016 to 2019. The environmental management plan is developed for the construction, operation and decommissioning pahses of the project.
