A report about the BRIDGE project working in the 3S (Sesan, Sre Pok, and Sekong) rivers to build and strengthen water governance capacity. The authors first describe the social, political and economic context and challenges to cooperation. They then outline BRIDGE’s methods of facilitating dialogue and information tools, and capacity building to strengthen stakeholders, and explain some results of these interventions.
