NGOs' joint statement on concerns about procedures for notification, prior consultation and agreement for Don Sahong Hydropower Project

A position statement from a coalition of Cambodian and international organisations, regarding the the procedures for notification, prior consultation and agreement process for the Don Sahong Hydropower Project. The coalition raises a number of concerns, and offer recommendations. This position statement accompanied the coalition’s presentation to the National Consultation Meeting on 12 November 2014.
