Newsletter: Ratanakiri Mining Project

This newsletter demonstrated satellite photo depicting prospect sites in Rattanakiri province. Moreover, the company also claimed with their expertise in exploring mining to low disturbance to people and surrounding environment. Indochine Mining Limited hand observed during field work due to weather condition, and poor technique for exploration resulted local community could do mining only in dry season. Target study was based on a combination of interpretation of satellite and geographical images. These were followed up with stream sediment sampling, soil sampling, rock chip samples and mapping. The works had been carried out in Ou Kampin, Ou Kray, Ou Pang, Ou Lulu, Bor Kham, Poung Peay, and Choime.
