Sub-decree No. 97 on Cutting and Reclassifying 1,425.6280 hectares of ELCs in Ratanak Kiri province

Cutting a total land of 1,425.6280 ha in Kanat village of Talao commune in Andong Meas district of Ratanak Kiri province: 254.7133 ha from ELC of Heng Brother Co., Ltd, 7.9642 ha from ELC of Krong Pok Aphivath, and 1,162.9505 ha from Veasna Investment; Reclassifying 1,003.5394 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 189 [164] families; Rserving 422.0886 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development; and Granting onwership to 420 private land parcels.
