Sub-decree no. 78 on the transfer of state property and adjustment of land area

This sub-decree transfers 29 land plots and buildings (as listed in Annex 1) to the relevant district administrations and removes these locations from the state asset inventory of the Department of Posts and Telecommunications and Cambodia Post. Land titles for two locations (as specified in Appendix 2) have been separated and allocated to Cambodia Post and the District Administration. Transfer of land and removal from the state asset inventory for 42 land locations (as listed in Annex 3).
