Sub-decree no. 64 on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications

The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications serves as the Royal Government's headquarters on the mission of leading and managing the postal, telecommunications, and ICT sectors, as well as radio frequency spectrum resources of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to develop the economy and improve the people's livelihood based on the principles of market economy and social equity.
