Sub-decree No. 391 on Cutting and Reclassifying 25.1542 hectares of ELCs in Ratanak Kiri province

Cutting a total land of 25.1542 ha in Kalai Sapun village of Phnom Kok commune in Veunsai district of Ratanak Kiri province: 18.4413 ha from ELC of Hoan Anh Mang Yang K, and 6.7129 ha from ELC of Kiri Aphivath; Reclassifying all the land as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 11 families; and Granting ownership to 14 private land parcels.
