This sub-decree is for the reclassification of a land area of 258.54 hectares from the Public State Property to Private State Property, located in the Pulpwood Plantation Station in the communes of Krang Lvea and Tbaeng Khpos, Samaki Meanchey district, Kampong Chhnang province, for the purpose of being leased to the company Cambodian TP Mining Development Co., Ltd.
