Sub-decree no. 120 on the establishment of national reading day

This sub-decree shows the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has decided to designate March 11 every year as national reading day. This initiative aims to cultivate reading habits, promote reading culture, enhance reading and writing skills, and contribute to the preservation and strengthening of Khmer culture.
