Sub-decree no. 102 on the transitional penalty for violations of the law on commercial gambling management

This sub-decree determines the jurisdiction of the offense and the amount of the transitional penalty for the offense to the law on the management of commercial gambling in order to ensure the effective implementation of the law on the management of commercial gambling. This sub-decree applies to violations of the law on the management of commercial gambling that are subject to transaction penalties in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
