This law aims to ensure the independence of the judiciary, ensure the impartiality and protect the rights and freedom of the people, ensure the good functioning of the court and prosecution, promote effective and fast public services to ensure justice in all kinds of cases to increase people's trust and contribute to strengthening social security.
