This instruction aims to strengthen effectiveness of the administrative management in providing administrative services and local development. In this instruction, the municipal, district and khan administrations have been assigned the responsibilities to provide administrative services in industry and handicraft sector, including: management and registration of handicrafts, no-risk type of small enterprises with an investment capital under 80 million riels or registration on the issuance of operation licenses, new product addition, production expansion , relocation of handicraft establishment, change of ownership of handicraft (rights transfer), renaming of handicrafts and requesting application for duplicate documents, as well as the opening of electronics repairing services, car and motorcycle wash garage.
