Party's obligation in the implementation of the project

The proponent is responsible for ensuring that the performances of the project activities are in accordance with the Environmental Management Plan developed and in an environmentally sound manner. The Project Proponent shall also submit monitoring reports to the Ministry not less frequently than every six (6) months, as provided in a schedule in the EMP, or periodically as prescribed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation.
