September 3, 2008 on the demarcation of Choeung Ek and canals in Meanchey district, Dangkao district, Phnom Penh and Takhmao district (now Takhmao city), Kandal Province is the public property of the state through the Project UTM Zone 48N Datum WGS 1984 coordinate system, with maps and regulatory charts Annex to this sub-decree of state private land and privately owned to Oknha Leang Khun and Oknha Thai Dry.
