Land lot of 137.8760 hectares located in Prek Luong, Prek Takov, and Svay Chrum communes, Khsach Kandal district, Kandal province were transferred as state private land. This land is a part of Veal Samnab lake system as defined in Sub-decree No.25, issued on 08 February 2016, on the establishment of Veal Samnab lake system with a surface area of 4,815 hectares in Kandal province as a state public property. In addition, these parcels of land lot were granted to persons named Chea Huy and Chhor Cheng to resume their ownership.
