Process Step Access the platform of the global SDG indicator database through https://unstats.un.org/sdgs/indicators/database/. Choose the data series Goal3, target 3.8, indicator 3.8.2. Choose countries of interest in under "geographic areas" and select a time range. Then click show table and it will display the table, which is open to download as an xls file.
