Myint & Associates Offshore Supply Base Ltd._Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) for Nga Yoke Kaung Offshore Supply Base Project

The EIA report for Nga Yoke Kaung Offshore Supply Base Ltd. is submitted by the Company to ECD in February 2019. Party's obligation in the implementation of the project

The company shall bear full legal and financial responsibility for all adverse impacts and all actions and omissions of itself and its contractors, subcontractors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and consultants employed, hired or authorized by the company acting for on behalf of the company, in carrying out work on the project.

Environmental protection obligation

The Project Proponent shall carry out the Project in accordance with the documents submitted to Ministry including EIA report, the Project commitments in the EIA report, and the Project’s Specific Conditions and Commitments as stated in this ECC, part E.
