Environmental Compliance Certificate - ECC_Fresh Idea Co., Ltd.

This ECC is granted to Fresh Idea Co., Ltd. for gold extraction project: SGU-273 by MONREC, subject to the conditions for general, environmental quality standards, emissions and so on. The conditions are set up: 1. to prevent, minimize, and offset adverse impacts; 2. to confirm the Project commitments and obligations of the project proponent; 3. to set standards and performance measures for acceptable environmental performance; 4. to perform regular monitoring and reporting; 5. to implement the ongoing environmental management plan of the Project.
