[Draft] Initial environmental and social impact assessment on Cheay Areng hydropower project in Koh Kong province

China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. develop hydro-power in Koh Kong. The study group from China chose two studies to study the feasibility of hydroelectric projects. According to the study, the hydroelectric power plant is capable of producing 108 MW of electricity and will require 4.5 years. The total investment cost is about USD 327 million.
