This Prakas aims to set out the rules and procedures on implementation of mission allowances in both domestic and oversea mission for sub-national administration in compliance with article 9 and article 23 of the sub decree no. 216 on mission allowances inside and outside the country for national and sub-national administration that was issued on the 22 July 2014. This Prakas aims to promote the efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability of the implementation of domestic and foreign mission funds for sub-national administrations.
