No data is available from this source for Myanmar or Laos, however this may be because none exists. At the time of publishing (April 2016), no 2014 data was available for Cambodia.

From the World Bank data site, select the Indicator "High-technology exports (current US$)" (http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/TX.VAL.TECH.CD). Download the data, and then copy and paste values for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 for each of the Lower Mekong countries available in April 2016 (Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam) into a new Excel spreadsheet, and save.
