The national report on the demographic and socio-economic situation of indigenous peoples in Cambodia: update 2024 is an updated of the 2021 report on the demographic and socio-economic situation of indigenous peoples, which was jointly prepared by the Secretariat General of Population and Development of the Ministry of Planning and the Cambodia Indigenous People Alliance Organization, using existing data from the National Institute of Statistics and administrative data from relevant ministries and institutions, with the aim of responding to the need for comprehensive, detailed, clear and consistent information for planning and activities to protect, conserve and develop indigenous peoples in Cambodia in a targeted manner, in line with the Cambodian context and the Royal Government's five-pronged strategy, and for broad sharing with relevant stakeholders and the public.
